Job summary

PeoplePilot seeks a Hardware Verification Engineer - DO-254 for an onsite role in Melbourne, FL. The role requires 8 to 20 years of experience in hardware verification and DO-254 environments, with hands-on FPGA verification and SystemVerilog/UVM proficiency.

Responsibilities include developing testbenches, coordinating with offshore teams, and guiding DO-254 documentation within the verification team. A STEM degree is required.

Qualifications

• Must have DO-254 experience and hardware verification background.
• Proficient in SystemVerilog and/or UVM verification methodologies.
• Experience verifying FPGA designs in lab or hardware environments.
• Ability to coordinate with offshore or remote teams and document DO-254 processes.
• Proven ability to develop code and testbenches using VHDL, Verilog, and SystemVerilog.
• Knowledge of static timing, linting, and clock-domain-crossing analysis.
• Experience with requirements capture, decomposition, architecture development, synthesis, placement and routing.
