Empower AI is seeking a DNS/DHCP Administrator to support the Department of State. The role involves updating and maintaining DNS and DHCP services for a large user base across on-premise and cloud environments, ensuring compliance with DoS policies.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience, a Bachelor's in IT or related field, and a Secret clearance. Preferred certifications include CompTIA Sec+ and ITIL 4 Foundation. This is a full-time position located in the DC area.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Update, manage and maintain DNS and DHCP servers for 50K+ users across on-premise and cloud.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure DNS implementations align with DoS requirements.
• Manage DHCP scopes and leases to ensure reliable network connectivity.
• Develop and maintain DNS/DHCP SOPs aligned with ITIL and DoS standards.
• Update SOPs to reflect modernization initiatives and emerging technologies.
