The role will oversee SOW execution, mentor engineers, manage CAM duties, and coordinate with multiple units to deliver high-quality analyses and project outcomes. The position requires a STEM degree, 8+ years of related experience (or 6+ with a Master's), and active clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM and 8+ years of related experience.
  • 3+ years experience with DMSMS and/or ModSim.
  • Active Secret clearance (or higher) with ability to obtain TS/SAP/SCI).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical authority on DMSMS and ModSim.

This leadership position will be full time in the office and located in San Diego, CA (preferred) or Palmdale, CA.This role will support the Product Support EI&E (Engineering Integration and Execution) and lead the DMSMS and ModSim team and SOW (Statement of Work) execution. This role will be responsible for coordinating the priorities between multiple OU (Operating Units), ensuring high quality engineering analyses, talent development and management, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and CAM (Control Account Manager) duties for both teams. The DMSMS team is responsible for proactive monitoring and mitigation of obsolescence risks of the system and driving the program towards a predictable and manageable level of technical change and funding. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
