Job summary

Dragonfly Health is seeking a Durable Medical Equipment Delivery Driver to join our on-site team in Youngstown, FL. The role requires delivering, setting up, and maintaining medical equipment at patients' homes and healthcare facilities while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will educate patients and caregivers on equipment usage and ensure timely deliveries. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required, with flexible hours and weekend/on-call shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of exceptional customer care experience.
• Three consecutive years of driving history with no major violations or accidents.
• Anyone aged 21–25 must have a clean driving record.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, set up, maintain and troubleshoot durable medical equipment at patients' homes and healthcare facilities.
• Provide exceptional customer service with timely and accurate deliveries.
• Educate patients, caregivers and family members on proper equipment use.
• Be a proactive, reliable presence behind the scenes to support patient care.
