StateServ Medical, Inc. is seeking a Durable Medical Equipment Delivery Driver in Albuquerque, NM. The role involves delivering, setting up, and troubleshooting medical equipment at patients’ homes and healthcare facilities, with a focus on timely and accurate deliveries and excellent customer service.

The job requires a high school diploma, a valid U.S. driver license, and a clean driving record. Prior DME experience is preferred, as is 1 year of delivery experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid U.S. Driver License.
• Three consecutive years of driving history with no major moving violations or accidents.
• For ages 21-25, clean motor vehicle record (no at fault accidents or moving violations).
• Prior knowledge or experience with Durable Medical Equipment (Preferred).
• 1 year Delivery/Driver Experience (Preferred).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams (Some Knowledge).
• Customer Service (Some Knowledge).
• Compassionate, team‑player attitude, flexible to work varying hours, weekends, and/or on‑call.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, set up, maintain, and troubleshoot medical equipment at patients' homes and healthcare facilities.
• Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on the proper use of equipment.
• Be the hero behind the scenes, making an impact each and every day.
