• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Athletic Training program (required)
• Master’s degree preferred

Perform delegated technical visits, gather patient information, educate patients on care plans, and document all care in the EMR timely. Manage clinic inventory, supplies, and DME processes while maintaining OSHA compliance, supporting clinic operations, and providing backup staffing as needed.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSCollaborate with physicians and care teams to support orthopedic injury management, bracing solutions, and safe return-to-activity planning.Serve as primary DME coordinator, overseeing ordering, fitting, dispensing, documentation, and comprehensive support of braces and orthopedic devices, including product selection, patient education, troubleshooting, and coordination of repairs or replacements.Perform casting, splinting, brace fitting, and DME application, ensuring proper fit, alignment, comfort, and patient safety; conduct tech-only visits including cast application/removal, adjustments, and follow-up care focused on functional outcomes.Verify insurance benefits, obtain prior authorizations, and ensure adherence to Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory standards, including accurate documentation, coding, billing support, and audit readiness.Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation for all patient care, procedures, and DME-related activities.Manage inventory of braces, casting materials, and clinical supplies, serving as super user for inventory systems while ensuring proper stock levels, tracking, ordering, cost control, and overall clinic readiness.Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment, including casting areas, storage, and rehabilitation spaces;
