KBR ensures the base operates smoothly, allowing deployed personnel to focus on mission execution. Administers production control, inventory control, shipping and receiving of materials, with emphasis on accuracy,

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree and 5+ years experience or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in ordnance or ammunition roles in Navy/Marine/Army/Air Force.
• Ability to obtain/maintain secret clearance.
• Capable of explosive handling licensing if applicable.
• Strong prioritization and multitasking.
• Excellent customer relations and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Checks parts and materials for damage and verifies quantity, part number, and serial number of shipped items.
• Records and prepares status reports of requested and received items.
• Under general supervision, performs assignments requiring experience and knowledge of standard concepts within their field.

Job Summary

Administers production control, inventory control, shipping and receiving of materials.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Checks parts and materials for damage and verifies quantity, part number, and serial number of shipped items.


• Records and prepares status reports of requested and received items. Under general supervision, and occasional direct supervision, performs assignments requiring experience and knowledge of standard concepts within their field.


• Displays core job competencies by analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures while developing advanced skills.

Basic Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen


• Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 5+ years of experience, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.


• 3-5 years of experience in various Ordnance or Ammunition roles performed while assigned to Navy / Marine/Army or Air Force, munitions /ordnance organizations.


• Demonstrate skills and ability to prioritize work


• Previous assignments and recent work history supporting Navy BOS / Facility Support operations or contracts in austere or remote environments is desired.


• Must have or be able to obtain/maintain a secret clearance


• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment with multiple interruptions/distractions.


• Excellent customer relations, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.


• Capable of obtaining OPNAV/NAVSEA certifications


• Willing and able to be licensed for explosive handling or equipment (if applicable)

Preferred Qualifications

• Process & Service improvement techniques and methodology desired
