A leading auto parts retailer is seeking entry-level sales associates in Peoria, Illinois. The role involves supporting the DIY business by providing excellent customer service, achieving sales goals, and performing DIY services. Candidates should have basic automotive knowledge, good communication skills, and be able to work flexible hours. This position offers competitive pay ranging from $15.00 to $15.41 per hour.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus); communicate effectively with customers.
• Use basic math accurately: add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store achieve its sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation and testing.
