Job summary

A leading auto parts retailer in Burke, Virginia is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales goals. The role includes responsibilities such as assisting customers with part inquiries, providing DIY services, and maintaining store standards. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of retail sales experience, strong communication skills, and basic automotive knowledge. Both part-time and full-time positions are available.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Fluent in English, Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goal and help store achieve its sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation and testing.
