A leading automotive retail company located in West Virginia is seeking a Retail Parts Pro. This full-time position requires advanced knowledge of automotive systems, exceptional customer service skills, and 3-5 years of automotive parts experience. The ideal candidate will manage DIY services and contribute to achieving store sales goals. An ASE certification is preferred but not required. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work various days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals.
• Manage DIY services such as battery installation.
• Ensure high standards of customer service.
• Assist in store inventory processes.
