Job summary

A leading automotive parts retailer in Fort Lauderdale seeks a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with advanced knowledge of automotive systems and parts. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales goals, and managing DIY services. Candidates should have 3-5 years of automotive parts experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours. ASE Certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Ability to locate and stock parts.
• Safely knowledge and skills.
• Ability to read and interpret documents.
• Use basic math accurately.
• Successfully complete the Parts Knowledge Assessment.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for customers.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation.
• Ensure high standards of customer service.
• Assist in store inventory processes.
