Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Salesperson to support the DIY business and meet sales/service objectives. The role requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive knowledge, and part knowledge. Part-time or full-time; fleet safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities include helping customers, hitting sales goals, performing DIY services like battery/wiper installations, and maintaining inventory and store standards. Ability to operate in a fast-paced retail setting is essential.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Read safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Basic math and use of store systems.
• Availability for days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach its sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
