The position can be part-time or full-time, with shifts that include evenings and weekends. You will perform battery testing, wiper installations, and other DIY services while maintaining inventory accuracy and operating POS and lookup

Qualifications

• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Read and interpret safety rules, instructions, and manuals.
• Use basic math for units, decimals, and common fractions.
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in retail.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach its targets.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store inventory and operational standards.
• Handle inventory processes including truck put away and cycle counts.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
