Advance Auto Parts in Simpsonville, SC is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business and achieve sales objectives. The role requires basic automotive knowledge, strong customer service, and the ability to work a flexible schedule across days, evenings, and weekends.

You will assist customers in-store and by phone, perform battery installations and wiper installs, and manage inventory processes while maintaining store standards and safety practices.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• English speaking and writing skills; Spanish a plus.
• Basic math skills for transactions and pricing.
• Ability to work varied shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal sales goal and help store achieve its sales goals
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs
• Maintain store product and operational standards
• Responsible for inventory processes including truck put away, shoot outs, cycle counts, Back stock
• Store Cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot
• General stocking including truck stocking and back stock
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed
