Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment, providing superior customer experiences.
• Knowledge of store systems, basic automotive system knowledge and basic part knowledge.
• Ability to source from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers.
• Operate inventory systems and store equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals.
• ProvideDIY services such as battery installation, testing, and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Handle inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock.
