You will assist with battery installations and other DIY services, manage inventory, and keep the store clean and organized. The position can be part-time or full-time. You will work with store team members to reach sales goals, provide friendly service, and use basic store systems to locate parts and assist customers in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Require fluency in English; Spanish a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store meet sales targets.
• Provide DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Handle inventory processes including cycle counts and back stock.
