Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Henderson, NC is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business and meet sales and service goals. The role requires basic automotive knowledge, store systems familiarity, and the ability to source parts from stores, hubs, and external suppliers.

You will perform battery installations, testing, and wiper replacements, manage inventory, and keep the sales floor and back stock organized.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Hit personal sales goals and support store targets.
• Provide DIY services such as battery installation and wiper replacements.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Handle inventory tasks including truck put away, cycle counts, and back stock.
• Keep the store clean and organized (floors, bathrooms, facing).
• Assist with general stocking and stocking of back stock.
• Safely deliver parts to customers when needed.
