The role requires basic automotive knowledge, ability to source parts, operate POS and inventory systems, and perform simple DIY services such as battery installations and wiper replacements. The position can be part-time or full-time and involves varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and by phone.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach its targets.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Handle inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, and back stock.
