Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Carthage, TN is seeking an entry level Salesperson to support the DIY business. The role has good knowledge of store systems, basic automotive part knowledge and the ability to source from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers.

You will drive sales, assist with DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs, and maintain inventory and store standards. The position can be part time or full time, and basic English communication is required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment, providing superior customer experiences.
• Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goal and help store achieve its sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Inventory processes including truck put away, shoot outs, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
