A leading automotive parts retailer in Omaha is seeking a professional level sales associate to provide exceptional customer service to DIY customers. The ideal candidate will possess expert knowledge of automotive systems and parts, achieve store sales goals, and manage various customer services, including battery installations and project assistance. A successful candidate should have 3-5 years of automotive parts experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability in fulfilling customer transactions.
• Working knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services such as battery installation, testing, and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.

ASE P2 certified or equivalent
