Qualifications

• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus) and communicate effectively with customers, peers and management.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals.
• Use basic math to calculate and handle units of measure.
• Ability to work a mix of days, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach its targets.
• Perform DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installations.
• Maintain store inventory and operational standards.
• Assist with inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, and back stock.
