The role requires basic automotive knowledge, store systems proficiency, and the ability to source parts from multiple channels. You will help customers in person and by phone while maintaining inventory and store standards.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store achieve its sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
