A leading auto parts retailer is seeking an entry-level sales associate to support DIY customers and achieve sales objectives. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and ensuring store cleanliness. The ideal candidate should possess basic automotive knowledge, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work flexible hours. Fleet safety certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus).
• Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goal and help store achieve its sales goals.
