Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers.
• Must be fleet safety certified.
• Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goal and help the store achieve its sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation and testing.

Good knowledge of store systems

Basic automotive and part knowledge

Friendly communication

Basic driving and navigation ability

Education

Entry level with 2-3 years sales experience preferred
