• Operate inventory systems and store equipment.

• Operate POS and Parts lookup systems.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and by phone.
• Achieve personal sales goals and support store targets.
• Provide DIY services (battery installation, wiper installs, etc.).
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Handle inventory processes (cycle counts, Back stock, etc.).
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
