A leading auto parts retailer in Memphis, TN is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to assist DIY customers with advanced automotive knowledge and sales expertise. This full-time role involves managing customer interactions, achieving sales goals, and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have previous automotive parts experience and strong organizational skills, alongside a valid driver’s license and preferred ASE certification.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Prior sales experience with proven ability to fulfill customer transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing.
• Ensure high standards of customer service.
