Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Must be ASE certified or have equivalent knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service during DIY customer visits and calls.
• Manage DIY services, ensuring quality and performance.
• Assist in inventory processes and maintain store cleanliness.
