The candidate will support DIY customers with expert automotive knowledge and sales skills while achieving store goals and maintaining high customer service standards. Preferred qualifications include automotive parts experience and ASE certification. This full-time position offers a pay range of $18.15 to $19.96 per hour.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Successfully complete the Parts Knowledge Assessment.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing.

Skills

Working knowledge of automotive systems

Strong organizational skills

Friendly communication

Ability to read and interpret safety rules

Ability to locate and stock parts

Education

Valid driver’s license

ASE Certification Preferred
