Job summary

A leading automotive parts retailer in Houma, Louisiana is seeking a full-time Retail Parts Pro. This position requires in-depth knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic abilities, with responsibilities focusing on providing excellent customer service and achieving sales goals. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of automotive parts experience and strong organizational skills. ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Successfully complete the Parts Knowledge Assessment.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals.
• Manage DIY services like battery installation and testing.
• Ensure high standards of customer service.
• Assist in store inventory processes.
