Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro in the United States. The role involves expert knowledge of store systems, parts knowledge, and automotive diagnostics to assist DIY customers both in-store and over the phone.

You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, performing DIY services, and maintaining high customer service and store appearance standards, with key holder duties including opening/closing tasks and safety responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Experience fulfilling customer transactions.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret parts catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
