Advance Auto Parts in Horn Lake, MS is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services and parts knowledge. The role requires expert store system operation, strong customer service, and multi-channel sourcing capabilities to assist DIY customers.

The position is full time with duties including parts identification, inventory management, and service tasks such as battery testing and installations. ASE P2 certification or readiness is preferred, with willingness to work varied shifts.

Formación

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Able to source parts from multiple channels (special order, FDO, second source).
• Proven sales ability and customer service focus.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
