A leading automotive parts retailer is seeking a full-time Retail Parts Pro in Skokie, Illinois. This role demands expert knowledge of automotive systems and store functions, along with sales skills to support DIY customers. Responsibilities include achieving sales goals, managing customer service, and maintaining store standards. Compensation ranges from $18.15 to $19.96 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Speak and write English (Spanish is a plus).
• Successfully complete the Parts Knowledge Assessment.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
