Job summary

A leading automotive parts retailer in Virginia seeks a Retail Parts Pro to provide exceptional customer service and support DIY projects. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of automotive parts experience, strong sales abilities, and a valid driver’s license. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions, providing DIY services, and ensuring store standards. ASE certification is preferred but not required. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in customer transactions.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing.
