Job summary

A leading automotive parts retailer in Minneapolis is looking for a Retail Parts Pro. This full-time position requires 3-5 years of automotive parts experience and strong sales abilities. You will handle customer interactions, manage DIY services, and maintain store standards. A valid driver's license is required, and ASE certification is preferred. Compensation ranges from $16.45 to $18.10 per hour.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in customer transactions.
• AEC Certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
