Job summary

A leading automotive retail company in Milwaukee is seeking a full-time Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with expertise in automotive systems. This role includes achieving sales goals, managing DIY services, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have prior automotive experience and strong communication skills. ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Speak and write English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing.
