A nationwide auto parts retailer is seeking a Retail Parts Pro in Baton Rouge, LA. The ideal candidate will possess expert knowledge in automotive parts and systems, manage retail services, and deliver excellent customer experiences. This full-time role requires effective communication skills, a valid driver's license, and prior automotive experience. Collaborate with customers to meet their needs while achieving store sales goals.

Formación

• Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and parts catalogs.
• Speak and write English; Spanish is a plus.
• Successfully complete the Parts Knowledge Assessment.
• Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
