Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to deliver expert automotive knowledge and exceptional service at our DIY-focused stores in the United States.

This role requires strong product knowledge, parts lookup skills, and the ability to perform DIY services such as battery installation and wiper replacements. Candidates should have a minimum of 3–5 years in automotive parts experience, proven sales ability, and the flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in GAS2 selling and strong customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• Ability to read safety manuals and parts catalogs.
• Valid driver's license; ASE certification preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installs and wiper changes.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Perform key holder duties including opening/closing tasks and safety.
