Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with expert parts knowledge and advanced store systems usage. The role includes parts sourcing, installation services, and maintaining store standards. Must have 3-5 years in auto parts and strong sales ability, with ASE certification preferred.

Candidate will perform key holder duties and contribute to achieving sales goals while delivering excellent customer service across days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions
• Valid driver's license required
• ASE certification preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing, wiper installs
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Key holder responsibilities: task assignment, safety, open/close duties
• Assist in inventory processes including truck put away and cycle counts
