Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is hiring a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services and parts identification in a full-time role. You will assist customers in-store and by phone, using store systems to locate parts, process orders, and ensure accurate stocking and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of automotive parts experience and strong selling skills, with ASE certification preferred. Evening and weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of store systems and parts lookup processes.
• Ability to source from multiple channels (special order, FDO, second source).
• ASE P2 certified or ASE ready equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installations.
