Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY sales with expert knowledge of store systems and automotive parts. The role includes battery and wiper service, parts sourcing, and maintaining customer service standards at a full-time pace.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of automotive parts sales, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Valid driver's license and ASE certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts sales experience.
• Experience fulfilling customer transactions.
• Driver's license required; ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
