Job summary

An automotive parts retailer is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to provide top-notch service for DIY customers. You will be responsible for achieving personal and store sales goals, managing services such as battery installations, and ensuring high standards of customer service. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years in automotive parts and excellent communication skills. ASE certification preferred and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing.
