Job summary

A leading automotive parts retailer in Indiana seeks a Retail Parts Pro to deliver excellent customer service and expertise in automotive parts. Responsibilities include managing sales, assisting DIY customers with parts identification, and maintaining store inventory. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of automotive experience, strong communication skills, and be organized. This full-time position requires a valid driver's license and successful completion of the Parts Knowledge Assessment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (Spanish a plus).
• Successful completion of the Parts Knowledge Assessment required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing.
