Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to join our store team. This professional role supports advanced DIY services, parts identification, and inventory processes while delivering high‑quality customer service.

Expect to drive in‑store and phone sales, manage DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs), and operate POS/parts lookup systems. 3–5 years’ automotive parts experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred; ASE certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with customer transactions.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Perform key holder responsibilities (opening/closing, safety).
• Assist in inventory processes and store cleanliness.
