Job summary

A leading auto parts retailer in Ephrata is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to provide expertise and support for DIY customers. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions, achieving sales goals, and overseeing inventory processes. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience in automotive parts, strong customer service skills, and proven sales ability. ASE certification is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing.
