Job summary

A leading automotive parts retailer is looking for a Retail Parts Pro in Lake Worth, Texas. This role involves supporting DIY customers with advanced automotive knowledge and part sourcing. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service and managing various DIY services. Candidates should have automotive parts experience and strong communication skills. ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and write English (Spanish a plus).
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• ASE Certification Preferred, But Not Required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
