You will partner with the Division CFO and senior leaders to implement controls, policies, and training across a global matrixed organization. The role requires a deep understanding of export controls, data privacy, information security, and anti-corruption practices, with a focus on ethical leadership and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting, finance, risk, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, audit, or related disciplines.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to identify and mitigate risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead division risk and compliance initiatives and governance practices.
• Identify compliance risks and develop corrective action plans.
• Develop and revise policies to support the compliance program.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations to manage risk.
