Job summary

HCA HealthOne, serving the Denver metro area, seeks a Division Quality Coordinator to drive performance improvement and coordinate clinical quality initiatives within the system’s quality program.

The role requires Colorado RN licensure, a BS degree, strong communication and analytical skills, and project management experience; Meditech is a plus. The successful candidate will develop performance measures and support peer review and ongoing evaluation of professional practice.

Qualifications

  • Current licensure in Colorado as a Registered Nurse; CP HQ preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience in data analysis, statistics, and performance improvement.
  • Experience in project management and analytical skills; Meditech a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support performance improvement activities.
  • Develop and support clinical quality initiatives.
  • Assist medical staff leadership with peer review and ongoing evaluation.
  • Provide education and presentations; develop policies and procedures.
