The Quality Assurance Manager directs and guides the Quality Assurance Team in their role by establishing what those quality standards should be. The manager also identifies and prioritizes what quality issues need to be addressed and the measures that need to be tracked. This role is to ensure that MVE's training program, products and services are delivered to the highest standards. Below is a list of duties and responsibilities currently assigned.
One or more years of experience in a supervisory role. Practical experience in quality control related to a manufacturing setting. Green or Black Belt Certification in Lean Six Sigma is preferred but not required.
