The UCSF Division of General Internal Medicine (DGIM) is seeking passionate and dedicated physicians to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work with a heterogeneous patient population and contribute to UCSF’s mission to improve healthcare quality and access for all patients. Our four general internal medicine practices serve approximately 25,000 patients that reflect the population of the San Francisco Bay Area. Founded in 1980 by Dr. Steve Schroeder, the UCSF Division of General Internal Medicine (DGIM) has grown to include about 80 faculty members, 3 fellows, 72 internal medicine residents (including 30 primary care residents), and 140 staff members. DGIM serves a heterogeneous population of over 25,000 patients and consistently receives high marks in patient satisfaction.

The total compensation for this position ranges from $118,800-$358,300.
Total compensation at the University of California, San Francisco includes your base salary, which is determined by your rank and step at appointment, and negotiated pay for Health Sciences Compensation Plan members. Faculty who are members of the Health Sciences Compensation Plan may also be eligible for additional incentive pay.
