This in-office role emphasizes teamwork, organization, and attention to detail within a growing homebuilding company. Ideal candidates have an associate degree or equivalent, 1–3 years of related experience, and strong MS Office skills.

• Ability to collaborate within a team environment.
• Problem-solving for routine issues.
• Vendor coordination and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of division marketing activities, including updating collateral, signage requests, and community materials.
• Maintain accuracy of community information across internal systems, websites, and marketing platforms.
• Coordinate photography scheduling, proofs, revisions, and delivery for community and model home assets.
• Assist with preparation for model home openings, community launches, and division marketing events.
• Help track inventory of signage, collateral, promotional items, and coordinate reorders as needed.
• Communicate with Sales, Construction, and vendors to gather information and ensure tasks are completed accurately.
• Process marketing invoices and support budget tracking activities.
• Monitor competitive listings and community information to support team updates.
• Provide general administrative and organizational support for the division marketing team.
