Job summary

Sekisui House U.S., Inc. in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support division marketing activities, manage community information, and coordinate vendor and photography workflows.

  • Vendor coordination and follow-up.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of division marketing activities, including updating collateral, signage requests, and community materials.
  • Maintain accuracy of community information across internal systems, websites, and marketing platforms.
  • Coordinate photography scheduling, proofs, revisions, and delivery for community and model home assets.
  • Assist with preparation for model home openings, community launches, and division marketing events.
  • Help track inventory of signage, collateral, promotional items, and coordinate reorders as needed.
  • Communicate with Sales, Construction, and vendors to gather information and ensure tasks are completed accurately.
  • Process marketing invoices and support budget tracking activities.
  • Monitor competitive listings and community information to support team updates.
  • Provide general administrative and organizational support for the division marketing team.
